  • Respect the privacy of individuals by not giving last names or identifying information
  • Do not post hyperlinks, ads, spam-like content, copyrighted material, or content – including political content – that OML deems inappropriate

"I Will Build My Church.” Matthew 16:18

Chuck Swindoll has said: "God has ordained the unique, vibrant structure of the church community so that we may mature spiritually, love each other completely, and serve Him passionately."

Praying that will be true in our churches here in Ozark Mountain Country.

1 Peter 3:12a (KJV) "For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and His ears are open unto their prayers."

Father in Heaven, we thank You for our Churches and Not-for-profit Ministries in Ozark Mountain Country. Pour out Your Spirit and bring about results that will count for eternity. Give protection against evil and physical vandalism. Supply their needs, give them favor in the community and encourage them in their work. In the name of Jesus Christ we pray. AMEN

1 Corinthians 12:12, 25-26 (KJV) "For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ. That there should be no schism in the body; but that the members should have the same care one for another. And whether one member suffer, all the members suffer with it; or one member be honored, all the members rejoice with it."

Let's pray for each other, all members of the Churches in Ozark Mountain Country, and those ministering in Not-for-profit organizations giving loving aid to those in need. May God answer our prayers and give great joy as we serve Him.

“Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!” Psalm 133:1 NKJV

We are just a very few days until the elections. We have prayed and are praying for fair elections and for God to have His way in the outcome, locally and nationally.

As the results are revealed, we are called to accept the results and then dwell in unity followed by actions of love which is the greatest of all commandments.

“And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love.” 1 Cor. 13:13 NKJV

Haggai 2:6-7 (KJV) "For thus saith the LORD of hosts; Yet once, it is a little while, and I will shake the heavens, and the earth, and the sea, and the dry land; And I will shake all nations, and the desire of all nations shall come: and I will fill this house with glory, saith the LORD of hosts."

Father in Heaven, I pray today that You will pour out Your Spirit on our churches here in Ozark Mountain Country. Keep the mission clear so that we are not sidetracked with activities that are not centered on You. I pray that many will be drawn to the message of reconciliation in these days to come. And thank You Father for what You are doing. It's in your Name I pray, Amen.

"So when you give to the needy, do not announce it with trumpets, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and on the streets, to be honored by men. I tell you the truth, they have received their reward in full." Matthew 6:2

Let's bring our Not-for-profit Ministries before the Lord that God will encourage them in the work, supply the many things that are needed to sustain the ministries, and give them great wisdom as they daily make decisions about what needs should take priority and patience to always portray the love of Jesus. And give them joy in their service. And all the while blessing those who give confidentially to those in need of a helping hand.

May God's Blessings rest on each of you.

Three things:

1) Please thank the Lord that around 200 people joined in the Branson Prayer March and Rally on October 19th to worship, pray and hear God‘s Word through local pastors.

2) We are in the fourth quarter of the game! Time is running out. We need to make sure we are prayed up and ready to vote by biblical values either by absentee or in person on November 5th. This election affects every one of the seven sectors of our community.

3) Let’s flood this website by praying and posting prayer requests to show our community unity.

Ephesians 6:12 "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places."

Let's not let the pressures of the present world's upheavals keep us from lifting up those who are on the front lines of God's work.

Blessings on each of you.

We pray for the local church to be a beacon of hope for the community, fostering a unified, welcoming spirit of love and support for one another.

Matthew 22:37-39 "Jesus said unto him, 'Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.'"

Have been thinking about all the children and teens who gave their hearts to Jesus this past summer at Bible Camps and VBS. We should especially pray that the Lord will lead them into a good church where they will be discipled and encouraged in their faith.

Let's learn to love our neighbors as we would ourselves at any stage of our lives. Whether it be before faith in Christ, as a new babe in Christ, a wandering lamb straying from the Shepherd's fold or whatever stage you are in right now. Our "neighbors" need to see and feel the Love of Jesus shown through us. Blessings.
