In the United Prayer Room, we invite people to pray to God as a community. This is a place to connect to others by praying for needs and seeing how God responds.
We want the United Prayer Room to be a welcoming and trustworthy space for all. When submitting requests, please:
- Keep a community focus in mind; while our main priority is prayer for Stone and Taney Counties, we also want to remember needs in our state, our nation, and other countries
- Respect the privacy of individuals by not giving last names or identifying information
- Do not post hyperlinks, ads, spam-like content, copyrighted material, or content – including political content – that OML deems inappropriate
- Remember the importance of posting praise reports of answered prayer; this encourages the prayer warriors and allows us to thank and praise the Lord for His responses
As we follow these guidelines, we honor God, respect each other, and strengthen our community. Thank you for participating in this ministry.

Please keep hospital staff in prayer during this busy season. Record numbers of surgeries and care is being provided as so many are trying to get their procedures done before a new insurance cycle starts in January. Teams are serving faithfully despite the long, stressful hours. Thank you.

Father, You know the beginning from the end. You are the Great Physician. In the midst of growing shortages within healthcare workers with increased needs for our communities, we need Your help. Please draw near to the physicians, specialists and surgeons. Carry the load for them, guiding their minds and hands as they strive to bring better health to those they serve. To You be the glory. In Christ we pray, Amen.

Lord, thank You for being a faithful Father. Please guide and direct how our local, state and federal government health policies are established. By Your grace, break down barriers for healing treatments and may You receive the glory. In the name above every name, the Lord Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen

Lord, thank you for the gift of health. Please forgive us for taking it for granted. Those in healthcare are reminded just how quickly life can change. May we utilize the health that you have provided to serve you and your people well. In Christ our Lord we ask this. Amen.

Please pray for those within our community who suffer with their mental health. Often times people suffer in silence and isolation and the needs can vary greatly from season to season. May the Lord draw near, bring peace, comfort, healing and help. To Him be the glory. Amen.

Father, please draw near to those on the front lines in our hospitals. Specifically, those who have encountered countless patients involved in traumatic events. Draw near to them. Cleanse their minds and may the impacts of such events remind them of the brevity of life and the importance of finding and knowing the living God. Through the Lord Jesus Christ we pray. Amen.

Father, thank you for taking interest in the details of our lives. You have blessed us with individuals equipped with incredible skill and passion for the health of our community.
Encourage these doctors, nurses and healthcare members. By your grace, continue to provide the necessary supplies that they can continue to do this work.
Thank you for your love and faithfulness. May the faithfulness that we see in You be seen in us that many may be drawn to You. To you be the glory, through Christ our Lord we pray. Amen.

Hebrews 12:15 speaks of a root of bitterness that can cause destruction. Many people, even believers, are wounded in spirit and allow developing bitterness to overtake their thoughts and actions.
Please pray for deep healing of each hurting spirit in Ozark Mountain Country.

Father, please draw close to those who are serving long-hours on the frontlines of healthcare. The healthcare workers deal with the challenges of everyone else and yet they are serving patients often going through the most challenging seasons of life. Lord, watch over them and their families. Make up any time that is lost for their sacrifice. In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ we pray. Amen.

Father, we ask for your blessing and protection on nursing students and GOCAPS students working in the hospital or other clinical settings. Give them wisdom and discernment as they learn and bring them mentors and other caring adults to guide and encourage them. Amen.
