Throughout the month of May let's pray for the Forsyth School district. Over the next week let's lift up the administration and their support staff. Pray for wisdom & discernment for the superintendent and principals as they meet the daily demands of running a K12 school in an ever changing educational culture. Ask the Lord to strengthen, enable and energize them and their staff to extend themselves to students and faculty on a daily basis to listen, problem solve and comfort where needed. And ask the Father to meet each one where they need Him the most and bring forth His will in their lives.

National Day of Prayer
God of hope, You’re our true and eternal hope, our salvation and our source of security and strength. We pour out prayers each person who is heavyhearted, hurting, or hopeless and needing to be filled with all that You’ve prepared, promised, and purposed for their lives. Thank You for filling us with the joy and peace of believing in Your Son, that we can abound in hope through the power of the Holy Spirit. In the wonderful name of Jesus, our anchor of hope, we pray, amen!

There are reports of a spiritual awakening taking hold on college campuses in America. Thousands of students are gathering for worship, prayer and baptisms. Let’s pray that even more students, faculty, and support staff will come to a saving faith in Jesus Christ. Precious God, we pray to You all day long. In the morning we praise Your name, giving thanks for Your works, for Your mercies, which are new every day. Midday we look to You to be our strength, our refuge, shelter, comfort and wonderful counselor. Let’s thank the Lord that the education program offered by Options Pregnancy Clinic has reached 2,000+ students this year in all Taney County public schools. Please pray for wisdom and discernment for these students as they make choices that have lifelong consequences. Pray also for expansion of the program to students in private schools and special education.
