Father, please draw close to those who are serving long-hours on the frontlines of healthcare. The healthcare workers deal with the challenges of everyone else and yet they are serving patients often going through the most challenging seasons of life. Lord, watch over them and their families. Nationwide threats against schools on social media are increasing continually. Local school administrators, safety & resource officers as well as teachers are constantly attentive to watch for the safety of our students.
Please pray for wisdom, discernment and awareness for our school personnel and safety for our students. Pray also for God to reveal any hidden threats before they can be realized. Pray for counselors, teachers and administration to recognize troubled students as well and direct them to the help they need.

Please pray for deliverance from attacks on the Truth. Belief in moral absolutes has declined, and attacks on our fundamental beliefs come from all sides, including from within the Church itself. Pray that our focus on the Word is strong and that our faith in Christ remains unwavering.
For the time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own passions, and will turn away from listening to the truth and wander off into myths. 2 Timothy 4:3-4 (ESV)
