Nationwide threats against schools on social media are increasing continually. Local school administrators, safety & resource officers as well as teachers are constantly attentive to watch for the safety of our students.
Please pray for wisdom, discernment and awareness for our school personnel and safety for our students. Pray also for God to reveal any hidden threats before they can be realized. Pray for counselors, teachers and administration to recognize troubled students as well and direct them to the help they need.

Please pray for deliverance from attacks on the Truth. Belief in moral absolutes has declined, and attacks on our fundamental beliefs come from all sides, including from within the Church itself. Pray that our focus on the Word is strong and that our faith in Christ remains unwavering.
For the time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own passions, and will turn away from listening to the truth and wander off into myths. 2 Timothy 4:3-4 (ESV)

We are taking the example of our Lord when we serve our brothers and sisters in Christ by holding them up in prayer as they minister in our Churches and other ministries here in Stone and Taney County. Our God is working. We see it regularly in answered prayers and changed lives.
May His Blessings rest on all of us as we pray for our fellow servants of The Almighty.

Please pray that the Christian entertainers in our community will maintain their testimonies and be protected from compromise. Satan's tactics are insidious. Performers must make choices related to the personnel they hire, the material they use in their shows, the marketing methods they use, and many other things where "what makes money" sometimes seems to compromise "what is true and right." Since they are under financial pressure, the temptation to choose profit over righteousness can be great. We are thankful for the testimony they have... and pray that they stay strong!
