These brothers and sisters who are awaiting a conversation with a specialist, an exam, or a test result and the weight can be unbearable. Draw near and may they feel your comfort and peace. Thank you for being the God who is all-knowing. Thank you that you promise to be with us, ALWAYS. To you be the Glory, Amen.

So many things are happening in the Missouri educational systems through new legislation, state task forces and committees! This week let's pray for the Missouri School Funding Modernization Task Force. Governor Kehoe has given them the assignment to review and recommend changes to the Missouri school funding formula. This will certainly have a big impact on the way all of our school systems function. While their findings and recommendations are not due until December 2026, they begin meeting in August 13, 2025. Pray for the members of this committee to have wisdom and discernment; to be led of the Lord; and to determine what is best for all school districts - city, rural and charter.

Help us to stand, Lord. Help us to shine Your light, Your truth in every heart. We so desperately need You in these times. Renew the vision You gave our Forefathers. Rekindle the fear, not of man, but of Your righteous judgments. Help us to repent and turn from our wicked ways, to the eternal joy that awaits. In Christ’s name we pray, amen.

As we continue to pray for our Christian entertainers and how they share their testimonies, remember that several have Sunday morning outreach services in their theaters. Dave Hamner has a Sunday ministry program, and there is one at Presley's theater. Personally, I conduct a service at Treasure Lake Resort every Sunday. I suspect there are others I do not know about. These are special opportunities to share the gospel and reach people who might not attend a normal church.
Pray that hearts will be touched and people will be saved through these special efforts. And of course, continue to pray that God will use the testimonies of all of our Christian entertainers to change lives for the sake of the Kingdom of God.

I want to pray for all the senior Pastors in our area. I pray for renewed strength and wisdom as well as favor and blessings upon them.
I lift up the non profits who serve the elderly and seniors in our community. I pray for resources and for workers to reach anyone who may be going through a tough time, for the ones who don't have family or support. I pray for renewed strength and a heart of compassion for each one. May God bless you all and the work you do in service to his beloved children.

Heavenly Father, as a chaplain in the hospital, I am grateful for the opportunity to bring your presence near to people who are suffering. May you guide the steps of all the chaplains who are serving in various health-care capacities, from disaster relief to hospital to hospices. Grant us wisdom to navigate the betwixt and between in which we find ourselves. May your kingdom be advanced as a result of our efforts. In Jesus' holy name, Amen.

Pray that they might have wisdom about how they do their business, pray that they will resist temptation, and pray that their testimonies will touch many hearts and lives. What we have in Branson by way of men and women who share their faith in front of audiences day after day is something not to take for granted.
