Dear Heavenly Father, our nation has turned from You and so have many of our nation’s leaders. We humbly ask You to forgive us.
Please bring low all government officials who would seek to cause permanent harm to our republic in the name of their own self-gratification and hunger for power.
We also ask with confidence that You would raise up the “Daniels” who will not sway to government persecution, and the “Davids” who will honor You in every way as they serve the people through their public service. Bless the work of their hands as they seek to honor You. We ask this is the Name of Jesus, amen.

Pray for our Junior Firefighter Training Program through Gibson Tech School. This program trains high school students for jobs in the firefighting field. Departments in our area are always welcoming new firefighters.

Father, we come before you today incredibly thankful for your grace and mercy. Thank you that you go before us yet are with us through the mountain tops and the valleys. Please draw near to those who may feel displaced this holiday season due to health challenges. We know that your timing is perfect. May the patients and families know that you are near. We love you. Through Christ our Lord we ask this. Amen.

As we approach and enter into the New Year of 2025, let many hear and continue to hear the call to pray for our community and fully engage in the United Prayer Team Website by praying and sharing prayer requests and then celebrate answered prayers. May God continue to bless our community and visitors who recognize the Biblical values displayed in all 7 sectors of our community. We praise God for over 6,000 prayer's prayed that have been documented in the last 8 months. To God be the Glory!

1 Thessalonians 5:18 (KJV) "In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you."
We have so much to be thankful for here in Ozark Mountain Country: for the many churches, all a part of The Church, which holds forth the truth of God's Word; for providing activities for us to invite neighbors and friends to come with us, knowing that they will hear about the love of the Savior whose birth we've just celebrated. We are truly blessed. Let's pray that we will always be found thankful and faithful.

Please join me in thanking the Lord for our veterans. May our lives reflect the values they fought to protect. Pray that the Lord will help us to be instruments of His love to support and honor these men and women.

We face this New Year, Lord, confident of Your sovereignty and grace; confident of Your love and care for Your children. We wait for You with gladness; we do not grow weary by daily news. Our hope is secure — mercy and redemption will shine forth within Your people. We thank You for this in Jesus’ name, amen.

Our most important calling is to pray for our government (Derek Prince). Good government provides the platform from which the Gospel of Jesus Christ can be shared far and near.
Of Messiah, Isaiah wrote: "For unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given, and the government will be upon His shoulders. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Of the increase of His government and peace there will be no end."
As you bless your family in prayer this season, bless your nation and its government. God is moving and our agreement with Him in prayer is a necessary element.

Police departments in Ozark Mountain Country are receiving many more calls related to mental health crises and drug abuse. Let’s pray for our police officers as they respond to these calls. May the Lord show us ways to support the police and to also help our neighbors dealing with these issues.
