Saturday UpTeam, my message to you today is to invite you on behalf of the United Prayer Team to come to a Candlelight Prayer Event, this Sunday (Oct. 6) at The Branson Cross on Hiway 76 at 7:15 pm. Doors open at 7:00. The Prayer Focus will be Prayer for the Peace of Jerusalem.
Isaiah 51:3 (KJV) "For the LORD shall comfort Zion: He will comfort all her waste places; and He will make her wilderness like Eden, and her desert like the garden of the LORD; joy and gladness shall be found therein, thanksgiving, and the voice of melody."
And we want to continue to pray diligently for our churches and nonprofits here in Ozark Mountain Country. Blessings on each of you.

Lord, we humbly ask for Your guidance for our leaders. Let those uncommitted to freedom and liberty be exposed and removed from their posts. Let the righteous lead that the people may rejoice, as Your Word says.
Strengthen the knees of Your Church. Give us faith to engage in the spiritual fight, and help us to pray fervently in the power of the Spirit. We ask this In Jesus’ name. Amen.
When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice; but when the wicked rule, the people mourn. Proverbs 29:2 (KJ21)

Father, thank you for taking interest in the details of our lives. You have blessed us with individuals equipped with incredible skill and passion for the health of our community.
Encourage these doctors, nurses and healthcare members. By your grace, continue to provide the necessary supplies that they can continue to do this work.
Thank you for your love and faithfulness. May the faithfulness that we see in You be seen in us that many may be drawn to You. To you be the glory, through Christ our Lord we pray. Amen.

Matthew 22:37-39 "Jesus said unto him, 'Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.'"
Have been thinking about all the children and teens who gave their hearts to Jesus this past summer at Bible Camps and VBS. We should especially pray that the Lord will lead them into a good church where they will be discipled and encouraged in their faith.
Let's learn to love our neighbors as we would ourselves at any stage of our lives. Whether it be before faith in Christ, as a new babe in Christ, a wandering lamb straying from the Shepherd's fold or whatever stage you are in right now. Our "neighbors" need to see and feel the Love of Jesus shown through us. Blessings.

As we consider, research and pray over the upcoming elections let us pray for truth and wisdom for ourselves and our brothers and sisters.
Let's ask the Lord to reveal absolute truth regarding ballot initiatives that effect our schools, our children and our families. Let's ask that every hidden agenda be revealed and every lie or half-truth be exposed. Finally let's pray that God would lead His people to stand against any candidate or legislation that would be detrimental to our schools, children or families.
